RETURN POLICY
Due to the made-to-order nature of our small business, we do not accept returns or cancellations after 24 hours.
Store credit may be offered on defected items.
- Photo evidence will need to be provided no later than 48 hours after the package was marked delivered.
- Please send a email to lulunajewelry@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line.
Absolutely no refunds will be offered on any purchase.
- No returns/exchanges will be offered if you order the wrong product.
- Please be careful when checking out to make sure everything has been selected properly.

SHIPPING
LULUNA JEWELRY is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. Once pieces are dropped off in the mailbox the responsibility of your packages is in the hands of the carrier system.
Please note some international orders can take a few months to be received. I do not cover international shipping customs fees.
Store credit will not include shipping cost. All shipping costs will need to be handled by the customer.
